Be forewarned. Avoid like the plague. Ordered a scarf they clearly had in stock when I ordered it and they took my money by charging my credit card. Now two weeks later they claim they don't have the scarf. Let's see if i get my money back -- with interest.

Such an awesome consignment store. Great staff! Kenny is the man! Helped me both consign and make a purchase. He sold my Hermes bag within a week. Oh and they have a bangin’ Instagram to shop from! Love y’all!

The workers are so super sweet and they have a great selection! I bought a bag thinking it was a different price than it actually was and the staff were very understanding and let me return it even with there all sales final policy. I will definitely be back!

I just visited your store in Scottsdale and bought those cute Christian Louboutin booties. Your customer service was top notch and I was greeted by all sales associates. The nice lady that sold me the booties suggested I visit the DALLAS TBC store and so I did today but was very underwhelmed. Not one single sales associate greeted us. I had some questions about some of the items and I had to approach the sales associates since no one made an effort to assist me. To say the least, I probably won’t be coming back and I’ll tell all my friends.
