I would rate this place zero stars as I got no help and was treated inhumanely by staff. After being discharged I got called randomly asking about what I was doing after being discharged without being needed to. I would say this place is really committing malpractice and infringing on human rights. Please do not go here. You will not be taken seriously or care of. The facility conditions are absolutely unacceptable and insufficient to being a comfortable place to be a patient. I was yelled at by 4 people at once when I said I needed help the treatment I had been promised but was not getting it. I preceded to be berated by the staff and my nurse walked out with her things and never came back.
When I asked for medicine they only were able to give me incorrect doses of pre-prescribed medicine. In effect, this place will do more harm to you than good. If suggested to you, do not voluntarily check in. You will be treated as someone with no humanity. They claim to be “Exodus” so that you cannot look up the horrible experiences people have.

My son needed help. They took him when another facility had closed already. The nurse attending him was nice. They allowed him to shower and gave him food. I will donate to this facility.

My Name Is Brandon Manobal. I have to say it's the Best Facillity place to Get Help and The Main Reason I give this Place 5 Stars because I Can Watch Any kind of Movies in the Day Room. And Plus Dr. León was the Best.

Our daughter was admitted for behavioral health crisis with underlying medical conditions that weren’t effectively treated. This facility is clearly unprepared to deal with medical conditions and unwilling to try. We were advocating on behalf of our daughter and the staff fought us at every turn and ultimately hung up in the middle of a conversation on their patient and our daughter. I agree with the other posts complaints about keeping them in a recliner and no bed. I believe the staff was more concerned about discharging her to a bed in another facility than they were about getting her effective care.

This place is the worst now the nursing was good but doctor was horrible not even address the real problem never did any family history or Research how can justify talking to a minor when she is the for mental problems and never talking to parents then they would not release her to me bad place

The experience was magical. The nurses were very friendly. Felt very well after being taken care at the center for a day. Hope I won’t go again, but very appreciative for the effort of the staff there.

Never again. The people that work here are incredibly rude and disrespectful. My copay for my meds are a whopping $705. The doctor was cool I guess. I recieved no help whatsoever. There goes my weekend. Thanks. Completely incompetent. There goes our tax dollars too. Chicken sht to the core. Oh and you barely get food the entire time.

My name is Melanie. I got sober on June 7th 2023. I had nowhere to go the first night in my new clean life, and be well, gave me a comfortable spot to sleep. In the morning, the medical team kindly assisted me with finding housing too further my recovery.
