Lauren helped me develop a healthy relationship with food. My mindset has changed, and I have developed new habits that make me happier and healthier. She holds me accountable and is always available whenever I need help and advice. So far, I've lost 11 pounds, and I haven't felt hungry or tired at all! I wish I would've contacted Lauren sooner.

I can’t recommend Lauren enough. My experience with her was nothing short of amazing and she helped me more than I thought was possible. I was really struggling to lose any weight for over a year and I thought I was doing everything right. It turns out, I wasn’t. The plans she made for me every week were very easy to follow and she incorporated new meals every week to keep things interesting. She was able to help me get to a place where my body is burning fat, but still putting on muscle. I ended up losing 10 pounds over 12 weeks which is huge for me since I couldn’t manage to lose a single pound for over a year! I finally feel confident enough to start planning my wedding because I actually have hope now that when that day comes, I’ll be exactly where I want to be. Another thing about Lauren is that she is SO knowledgeable about nutrition and any issues you may be having. Any question I had, she had an answer to. She was also SO supportive and it’s very apparent that she genuinely cares. I was also super thankful for the fact that she works around anything you may have going on such as an injury, being sick, or even if you’re going out of town. I’m so thankful for her and her guidance and would recommend her to anyone!

I normally am not one to write reviews but I had to come here and leave a review because for the first time in my life, I have found someone who really knows what they're doing, and was able to give me the support that yielded results! First, let me say that for years I have struggled with my weight and tried EVERYTHING. I thought I knew what I was doing by cutting calories and depriving myself of the foods that made life enjoyable. Yes, I lost weight, but it was never sustainable for more than a few months at a time, after which all the weight came back with some extras. One day on the edge of hopeless frustration, I came across reviews about Lauren and Be Well Fitness, ALL the reviews were great so I decided to give it a shot. Well, I can say that my whole view on weight loss and my life has changed! First, Lauren is highly educated about nutrition. She knows her stuff and knows how to work with what issues you may have. She knows how to cut through all the confusing BS out there, and get you solid results. Second, she's amazingly supportive! There were times when I really just needed to be reassured to trust the process at times when the scale was going the wrong way but I was still losing inches but couldn't see it for myself. She always managed to talk me down when I was about to get in my own way. She will never push you just to say she got results, only work with you and support you for long term sustainability. Third, she makes everything simple and easy for you to follow, and works with you to work in your favorite recipes and make any adjustments that you want. Add to that she's one of the kindest and nicest people you will ever know! Thank you Lauren for teaching me something that will help me for a lifetime! That alone is worth its weight in gold, so if you're reading this do not hesitate to reach out to Lauren, you will never regret investing in your health.

I have worked with many trainers since I was 20 years old. Being a competitive athlete and personal trainer myself, I’m always looking to maximize my full potential. Whether it’s been for track and field, football, boxing, or spartan races, I love being pushed to new heights. All the trainers I’ve worked with have been great, however, nobody has got me to the place Lauren has. I’m so grateful I stumbled upon her instagram page. I was looking for a nutritionist to help me improve my nutrition and I was blown away by what Lauren had to offer. Not only is Lauren my nutritionist but she is my trainer and coach, preparing me for my first men’s physique competition. Lauren has inspired me in ways I can’t even put into words. Working with her has made me a better athlete, a better trainer, and she brought me back to life when I couldn’t do it on my own. I’ve had a challenging past two years mentally and physically with different life events… I can say with a smile on my face that this this is the best I’ve felt and looked in years! I’m thankful for all her efforts. She has been supportive, motivating, and caring. I appreciate that more than I can express. Lauren is an amazing person and trainer. Lauren was a true pleasure to work with!! I started my journey with her stuck in a plateau and she was able to jumpstart my weightloss along with teaching me how to make healthy eating a lifestyle. Throughout this 12 week journey I was always able to reach her for questions or just support at any time. Lauren was a great motivator, encourager, and support system!! I have never felt so good, healthy, and strong in my life and I know I will keep it up due to what she has taught me!!

First off, let me start off by saying Lauren is absolutely amazing! I have known and worked with her on and off since 2014, and she is the one person I trust with formulating my meals and workouts. I have had different goals over the years (bikini competition prep, cesarean section/postpartum recovery, and currently everyday lifestyle) and every time, she gets me to my goals.
At the beginning of this year, I was only doing workouts at home using Beachbody on demand, and while that program does provide some great workouts, using a one size fits all approach to diet and exercise has never really been a good fit for me. Compound that with doing a move to the Netherlands, and then consuming too many croissants and too much wine, I needed some help getting my mojo and motivation back, so I went to Lauren.
Lauren takes into account your likes/dislikes and cravings, which makes sticking to a “diet” and healthy eating VERY do-able. Also I never feel super hungry as the meals and recipes she provides are delicious and filling. The workouts I love as well as they challenge me and I always see amazing results! If you are only able to complete workouts at home, tell Lauren the equipment you have access to, she will design your workout plan based on that. I do weekly checkins with her via email and Instagram as I am located in the Netherlands and she is in CA, however regardless of the distance, I always feel supported.
I love the accountability, I love that she takes the thought out of meal planning, and I love that she also teaches you the info so you can do it yourself. Lauren truly does give you all the tools you need to be successful, and enjoy being healthy in the process.

When I hit 50 this year, I had reached a point where I wasn't happy with my overall appearance, from weight to the way I looked in photos…I was at 148 lbs. I was working out vigorously, but not seeing results; I would portion out our foods thinking that was helping me. When I started the program with Lauren, I was skeptical because I wanted to reach a 135 lbs. goal but didn’t imagine I could reach that in 12 weeks. Plus, I had work travel commitments, gatherings, and holidays that were coming, and I didn’t know whether I would be committed enough to get through it. But I had reached a plateau and needed to see a change!

The meal and exercise plans given were easy to follow. I will say that a few weeks in I was frustrated because I had cut out a lot of foods and sugars that I would normally go to when stressed from work, but staying disciplined and focused is what was needed from and I needed to stick to my side of the bargain!

I quickly adapted and cut out a lot of snacking and fruits that I would normally think were good for me. I also lacked the proper nutrition. I didn’t know anything about micro/macro nutrients and how to balance high carb days versus low carb days. I’ve also learned a lot about supplements, and how incorporating certain vitamins in your daily intake helps your body with nutrients its missing.

Lauren is very supportive, and at times when I was traveling on business, she was able to give me meal & exercise plans that accommodated that travel and she could quickly suggest foods to eat when I didn’t have the option to choose my own meals from restaurant and hotel menus.

Overall, I’ve learned to cut back on sugars, large amounts of carbs, and alcohol. Trust me when I say there is a balance, I still enjoy foods I like, and an occasional glass of wine, or kombucha. More importantly, I’ve seen the results in my measurements and weight loss. I was able to lose 1 lb. a week, and following my 12-week program, I lost 11 lbs. and since then I’ve lost an additional 3 lbs. leaving me at 134 lbs. past my goal weight...I haven’t been at this weight since I was young!

I now love the way I feel and look and have this confidence about myself that I haven't had in a long time! I know I will continue to follow Lauren’s regimen on my own. I would highly recommend her! I guarantee you, you will see results immediately!
