In 2014, Michael Vacha conducted a thorough inspection of my home, leaving me highly impressed with his professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and amiable demeanor. So much so, that when it came time for the warranty inspection of another home a decade later, reaching out to Michael again was an obvious choice.

Michael was punctual, thorough, and willing to go the extra mile. When our original appointment happened to be during heavy rain, Michael suggested a different day so that he could do a full inspection. After he went through everything, he walked me through the items he had identified and answered all of our questions. We received the completed report later that same day. I have already referred him to our neighbors.

I recently had Michael Vacha from Be Informed Inspections help me with my 11 month new home inspection . He was very thorough, experienced, and the entire process was very smooth. He was very punctual and he arrived exactly on time. We were impressed by his attention to detail and he made sure that our interests were well protected. He gave us good advice on how to present the results of inspection to our builder. He was very willing to answer all of our questions and he patiently listened to our concerns and provided clear and detailed explanations. Michael's friendly demeanor and approachability made us feel comfortable throughout the process. He very promptly provided the inspection report. which was well-organized and was complete with detailed observations, photos, and recommendations. When we called Be Informed Inspections we spoke to Mark and he was also very helpful and he described the process. This is clearly a company that is very people oriented and demonstrates a strong desire to ensure customer satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael Vacha and Be Informed Inspections.

In my 23 years of working in real estate, I have never had an inspector as thorough as Michael Mahagan. I had him inspect our new construction home just for peace of mind as we had quite a few issues with the builder during the construction process. He takes his time and inspects every inch of the property. He was very professional and took the time to review and explain his findings after the inspection. The report is clear and easy to read. As a realtor I love the summary page as it makes reviewing repair items easy to prepare repair Amendments.

Extremely pleased with our inspection, very detailed and thorough. Michael explained everything in layman's terms for us 1st time homebuyers and we felt comfortable following up with any additional questions. Excellent service and a pleasure. Thank you.

Mike was awesome to deal with! Very reasonably priced for a thorough inspection! He gave us peace of mind for how well our new build has been for a year. I called to find out more about how they worked and he was able to come and inspect the very next day! I would recommend this company to anyone that is needing an inspection! Thanks again!

Be Informed Inspections. Michael was referred to me by my brother. He was thorough, friendly, professional, and swift in his inspection. Michael enlightened me on areas of my home that I was not aware of and answered all questions that I had. He provided me with two styles of reports that were very well documented with colored photos. Michael ensured that if I had any future issues with my builders per the report, to give him a call. His pricing was reasonable, I will use him again in the future, and I am recommending “Be Informed Inspections,” to my community.

This experience was one that I am truly glad I took time out my schedule and have done for my home. Micheal Vacha was one of the best inspectors I could have gotten to be a 1st time homeowner. He took his time & explained every detail to me & my wife so we could understand it in homeowner terms. He was very clear & understanding with each step of his process. I would and I am going to recommend him to future clients & associates that I would know need future home inspections. Once again thanks for the professionalism & job well done Micheal. Take care & God Bless us all.
