I thoroughly enjoyed these last 8 weeks and have signed up for the next session. Can't wait! I was motivated, challenged, and had great accountability. The Mission Slim Possible program was so easy to follow, flexible, interactive, high energy, and helped me become stronger. I have more energy, endurance, and actually look forward to working out. I loved the mixture of workouts from the dumbbells, mini bands, body weight only to the various challenges. Jaliyla is was very personable and she is on this journey with you. You can tell she really cares about her clients and their needs. I love that I'm not aimlessly trying to figure it out at a gym or on my own. The program was just what I needed!

The program was just what I needed to incorporate movement into my hectic, stressful schedule. I don’t make it a habit to work out in my regular life, but Jaliyla was such a great motivator. The program incorporated a variation of workout routines and a good number of days per week to keep us going. I enjoyed being a part of the group of ladies in a safe, judgement free space. Although the workouts were often difficult, she gave the perfect amount of motivation, encouragement and accountability to keep me committed, also offering modifications to keep me moving when it was beyond what my knees could handle. More than anything, I appreciated her warm, engaging spirit. Five stars all the way, I definitely recommend the program.

The Mission Slim Possible 8 week boot camp was great and helped me become stronger and got me closer to my goal weight. Jaliyla was very personable and you can tell she really cares about her clients and their needs. Definitely will be signing up again.

The sessions with Jaliyla were great. Each session was broken down into segments (warm up, cardio, ab circuit, cool down). Jaliyla was very observant as well giving feedback to her clients when adjustments needed to be made. She also presented modifications during our workouts. She has a great personality and makes you feel very comfortable with her. I look forward to continuing my workouts with her.

The Mission Slim Possible fitness program is awesome!! I have thoroughly enjoyed my 2 sessions. It has kept me committed and determined to be in optimal health. I love the option of being able to workout along with the group via Zoom or having the option to do a replay when you not available to attend in person or on the scheduled day. Jaliyla is a PHENOMENAL trainer and VERY knowledgeable in the area of fitness which has been a tremendous blessing. She is always upbeat and encouraging. I am looking forward to the next session. And I would be remiss if I did not mention the friendships and accountability that has been established between all those who have participated. We have become family. I highly recommend "I Just Want 2 Be Healthy"!

Jaliyla is absolutely amazing. I came to her struggling with some physical challenges as well as lack of motivation. She was able to customize a routine for me and encouraged me to press past my perceived limitations. I went from a feeling of hopelessness about my weight and physical strength to becoming empowered to do more than I ever imagined possible. I look and feel better about myself and am inspired to continue working to achieve my fitness goals.

Fun, informational, organized, and interactive! Always keeps the energy high and incorporates a variety of workouts. Jaliyla always gives modifications based on fitness level and different injuries so everyone can benefit from her workouts!

Hi! I'm glad I decided to join Mission Slim-Possible, my experience with the program has been amazing! The customer service, accountability and fun from the trainer are very professional. During the training sessions she encourages you to give it your all with modifications if needed. I've gained new friends along the way!
I've seen results in my health, body and skin. Since joining Mission Slim-Possible in April, I'm no longer taken medicine for diabetes. I've lost 30 lbs and lots of inches, I went from a size 18 jean ? to size 12. My skin is softer and clearer. These results are my motivation to keep going. because....I just want to be healthy! ‍♀️
