I cannot praise him enough with one exception. If they take you somewhere and you have to call in to be picked up there are two phone numbers to transportation and nobody will answer the damn things but yet you would think since they have a transportation room that somebody would be in there to answer the damn phone anytime during business hours. Another problem if you try to call in after hours it will ring and ring and ring and you will end up being on hold for 10 minutes or more. Sometimes I just give up because I wait on hold so long

And pushed to prematurely release my mother from a great skilled nursing facility where she was to gain strength to walk again.We all knew she couldn't walk yet but they said she was able to walk 50 to75 steps with minimal assistance which Was not true at all,Against our request my mother came home and she fell as soon as she got home trying to get from her wheelchair to her bed.Went to Fresno community to get x-rays and 24 hrs later they put her in another facility that is crappy,old and much further away from her family and forgot about her ,She's not the same person that first went in.Shes confused ,can't finish sentences,seems out of it or on something,The doctor WILL NOT return phone calls from the family ,We are desperate for help and some proper medical attention,and are very concerned at this point .They promised all kinds of support and help and so far we haven't seen or heard from them .This is a Crime !! My mother is a beautiful and kind person that deserves so much better than this ,Everyone does .Step up Welbe Health or your gonna have a lawsuit on your hands.All LIVES MATTER!!

Nothing but mistakes from day one at this place. No communication among themselves, wrong appointments, no follow ups, doctors don’t care. These are our elderly parents and grandparents, we trust them in your hands and this facility is nothing but a failure. I will be filling a complaint with all the proper people and procedures. Today just wasn’t a good day at Welbe’s to be dismissive to my mother who has dementia .

Wellbe really had me fooled, I been there 3 months and my son is my provider and he hadn't got paid yet, he lost his second job because of the difficulty getting processed, it's too much. He's getting evicted and grandchildren have no Christmas because Wellbe promises back pay and now they're story changing. I'm so depressed and I just don't want to go through it. I'm so disappointed for leaving PACE

I been with them for 8 months . They take to long in authorizing appointments. There customer service is not good at all. I'm leaving the program because I went recently went one day for a doctor's appt. I was going to stay for lunch I came out from the doctor and told a worker I'm waiting for lunch and her reply was very rude as she said "The thing is you have to wait for all the people who been here all day to eat lunch first." I thought that's ok completely understandable. But it's the way she approached me with it that was the problem she had a mean attitude. I told a social worker but never was apologized to and I did not the lunch. They never told me that before I usually just went and sat down and they called me when a table was ready. So I went up to the front desk and told the lady there I was ready to go home I waited 30 min went back and said it's been 30 minutes and she texted transportation again. Another 30 min went by so I went up to the front desk again and she yelled at me saying "There's the transportation office right over there just go tell them!". So I did and the mean lady in the transportation office said your going to have to wait a long time we have a lot of people to pick up and take home!I I was never told that before usually I say I'm ready to go home and it's not long at all before I get to go. So I had a very bad day there I never am going back there. I never received an apology and there compliance department sucks. I have not been receiving my pain patch for several months finally got it and it not the right one. Be careful they push the day program on you. And they will get very bad defensive protect themselves attitudes with you. Also be careful of there transport drivers. Some are super nice and are very helpful. Some are lazy and rude. They don't deliver deserved apologies either!!! does help if you are assertive and are a strong person. Or have family that can help you. But Im not and I live by myself and people take advantage of that. UPDATE:. As you notice no one from that company has reached out to me on here!!! I'm going to another provider downtown.

This company puts on a show, that they care about their patients. They took 1 of their patient's to 1 psychology appt ( just to show the family) then never again. Also never paid for the claim for the Psychologist. They are scammers, be aware!
