Erica at Be Nourished is amazing and I can’t thank her enough. Currently nursing my 2 month old as I write this because of the tools she gave me. As a new mom, I was lacking proper tools and education to breast feed my new baby. She intently listened and showed me tools to breast feed, helped improve his latch and tongue tie and gave me tips for returning to work and start a pumping /breastfeeding combo schedule. Erica was an integral part of my postpartum journey and helped me build confidence not only in breastfeeding but as a new mother. I highly, highly recommend her!!!

I cannot recommend Erica with Be Nourished Feeding Therapy enough! As moms with newborns we are always so unsure as to what is normal and what needs work and Erica is amazing at helping navigate normal struggles vs something that needs attention! My daughter was ten weeks old and my wife was getting ready to go back to work and she still would not take a bottle or a pacifier. Within the first two weeks our daughter was taking a pacifier and about a week later started taking the bottle. With her recommendations and assistance we were also able to improve her tracking, hand eye coordination and stiffness. She has the best recommendations on toys that helped developmentally.

Absolutely the BEST speech therapist in Eugene. Prior to meeting Erica, we were getting services from a different therapy clinic in town but did not feel it was a good fit for our young daughter. We didn’t see any progress after 6 months so we decided to move on. My daughter has received speech and feeding therapy with Erica for around 2 years now and we have seen incredible progress. My daughter absolutely loves Erica and looks forward to their sessions each week. Erica feels like a part of our family! Erica is extremely dedicated to each of her clients. Erica is truly the best health care professional in Eugene.

We have seen her for 6 months, helping our infant through so many issues, from tongue tie to feeding via bottle and then solids to weak front muscles to even helping troubleshoot breastfeeding and lactation issues.

She is punctual, engaged in every session, responsive even when not available in person. Probably the most knowledgeable person in the area we have met and she is always striving to learn more to help her clients. She also is at a pretty affordable rate and provides in home care.

We have finally graduated her care, and we could not recommend her more!

I truly think my infant would not be able to roll, sit or even eat solids at this point if it weren’t for her. She saved all of us from extreme frustration and stress.
