I would highly recommend Be Abundant Bodywork and Jamie True, LMT. I've been seeing Jamie for at least 2 years now. She combines skill and intuition to find and address painful and problem areas. She's done all different kinds of massage on me from your "standard" massage/relaxation, to myofascial, craniosacral, oral (for jaw pain), abdominal and more. I've seen many massage therapists over the years and she is one of the best I've experienced. I also appreciate the queer, POC, and body positive friendliness of both Jamie and the office. I also like the ease of the online option for booking. I have seen her during COVID and feel safe and like extra precautions are taken to keep her and her clients healthy (clients wear masks, she wears a mask, she checks temp before entry, and you wash your hands before the massage. You even get your own hand towel for the bathroom which you throw in the hamper at the end of your visit). The only reason I wouldn't recommend Jamie is because I don't want to compete with others for an appointment!

A part of me wants to leave a 1 star review so I can get in super quick, however, that is a grave disservice to the wonderful humans who make the magic happen. If I could rate at 6 stars, I would. Everyone is super nice, the facility is welcoming, and the care top notch.

I go to Kirah and my partner sees Killeen. Both are amazing. I have thought about getting massages a few times over the years but was too uncomfortable. This place was recommended to me because of how open, warm, and accommodating they are and I am so thankful!

I had a wonderful massage and my Massage therapist was so kind and was very helpful breaking down their consent based & trauma informed care. They listened when I needed more/less pressure and accommodations.I Will definitely be recommending them to my friends who need quality care at a sustainable price.

my session with Killeen was so gentle and restorative! i thought i needed deep tissue massage (and the accompanying bruises) to release the fascia around my body, but Killeen used a skin rolling technique that was every bit as effective without the pain! immediately booked another session after the first (and I'm a picky customer for massage and body work). so highly recommend for the care they offer to the whole person!

Jamie is one of most amazing massage therapists I've ever had. She applies great pressure and is wonderful with communication.

As a low income patient it has been amazing to receive such wonderful bodywork. I have less back pain and am able to move more freely.

Shannon and Cat when they work together for craniosacral are fantastic. They are both so soothing and I feel like I can transcend and heal parts of me I didn't know were broken.

Clean, quiet, welcoming practice. Instantly felt safe and valued by my massage therapist Kirah (They/Them). They're super respectful, down to earth, passionate, and skilled when it comes to providing healing bodywork. I'm so excited to see them weekly and build a therapeutic rapport. Just wish I'd found this practice sooner!!
